"Breaking the News" Young People's Theater Workshop 2008

Orange Community Players, Inc. and the Junior Board of Directors Presents: "Breaking the News" Young People's Theater Workshop 2008. This workshop is available for children and teenagers ages 6 through 18. The workshop begins June 9 and runs Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. This year’s workshop will have something for everyone: acting, singing, dancing! Come learn about live theater! Topics include:
- Basic Theater 101
- Auditions (Do's & Don'ts)
- Stage Make-up
- Costuming
- Stage Combat
- Choreography
- And more!
The workshop will run for five weeks, with graduation performances on: July 11 and 12 at 7:37pm & July 13 at 2:37pm.
Registration: May 3rd 2008, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the playhouse, 708 West Division Street. Registration fee is $25.00.
